Join The Yeh Yoga Co. back at Savage Garden’s special ski-chalet themed rooftop for a weekly series of classes this winter. ‘Shred Ready Yoga’ is the perfect meditative complement to the exhilaration of skiing, and the series will be carefully tailored to help build functional strength and flexibility to help you make the most of your time on the mountain this winter!
Whether you’re preparing the hit the slopes for the first time or the 100th, or if you’d simply like to strengthen your body whilst also enjoying the mental and emotional benefits of yoga, this class is for you.
Over the course of the winter series, we’ll be strengthening the lower body so it can effortlessly breeze over every bump on the mountain, whilst creating an exceptionally strong core to help you find balance and commit to those big turns on the hill.
We’ll also train the breath, helping you to find more ease at altitude, and of course there will be some delicious flexibility based work to help keep you safe and limber before, during and after your winter holiday.
And this is of course just the physical focus. Every week we’ll work with a different yogic theme, giving you 60 minutes of pure end-of-week bliss and putting you in the best Friday mood ever!
All levels from beginners to advanced practioner are welcomed and catered for, as all-levels sequencing will be provided, allowing you to make each class as intense or as relaxing as you wish.
Led by The Yeh Yoga Co’s Founder Emily Harding (@YehYoga), who has 4 ski seasons in France and Japan under her belt and teaches in some of London’s top studios, most of the sessions will also have an assistant who will help to correct form and ensure you are building strength as safely as possible.
